Horticulture Design

Students will spend the next couple of weeks working on a master powerpoint of horticultural plants. Each slide will include two pictures of each plant, the common name of the plant, ideal growing conditions and growing cycle. Students have checkpoints to reach each week as we work through this and will receive grades for progress. At the completion of this project students will be able to identify common horticultural plants with this tool. We will use this throughout the year to select plants for other projects and continued plant ID practice.
